1. The initial
consultation: One of our design/estimators will come to your Home to discuss your plans and do a
general survey/measure for estimating purposes.

Before we arrive you
should put your ideas
into words by making a written "wish list"

We will listen
carefully to your needs and hopes for the project

(if available) discuss plans
prepared by your architect or designer
2. Feasibility study:

we study the
physical layout-look for area's of concern

we review land
plats and surveys as needed

we review
documents for potential problems
3. Concept designed
and price planning: Back at our showroom and design center.

we prepare work
scope and specifications
-
Miss Jennifer or
Ms. Shelby our
in house designers can work with you to help in deciding colors and
material selections

we provide a
Design/concept drawings or blueprints if needed
-
you
select appliances, floor coverings, specialty items, etc.

we present final
investment cost (or Budget)
4. Construction:
Once you realize you have made a good decision in choosing Delshores Remodeling

permits

we conduct
pre-construction meetings

we prepare site

5. Project completion
:

we conduct a
Pre-completion Walk-through of the entire project with you
-
we both agree on
a "finish list" if needed

You now enjoy your
new Kitchen, Bath or Addition And the warranty period
begins.
